I spent 10 days in Bhutan this past September and had a spiritual experience that has transformed my life. The knowledge I took home with me will be a part of my life forever. I treasure this trip more than any other I have ever taken. What a journey! What do horses symbolize to you?

Growing up around horses my whole life has given me an appreciation of all that horses represent. Horses are full of personality, strength, energy; they are spirited, powerful, wild, playful, quirky, majestic and elegant. All that comes to mind when I see a horse running is “freedom” It’s funny,horses represent everything I want to be. What do you see? What do you feel when you see a horse?

Quiet Time

We all need quiet time in our lives, to reflect upon ourselves, what we’re doing and how we’re doing it. Being alone fills us with strength in who we are; we connect with our own core being. As we create private time in our lives we will start assimilating inner growth and become a stronger and more progressive person in this world.
